We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Associate to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in the Lane County area, including Eugene, Springfield, and Junction City, Oregon.

This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. As a Mental Health Associate, you will be part of a direct care team, working closely with colleagues to provide supportive services and therapeutic interventions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development of life skills and therapeutic interventions for individuals with mental health needs
  • Perform housekeeping and meal preparation duties
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Participate in crisis de-escalation training and respond to emergency situations
Requirements
  • Personal Care Associate or Residential Associate experience preferred
  • Dedication to the well-being of each client and ability to help them meet their Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration, with options for vocational training and certification
  • Valid Oregon driver's license and ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
