Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience in our studio.
- Promote our fitness programs and services to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and unique features of our scientifically-designed workouts.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth through package sales, membership renewals, and retail sales.
- Work collaboratively with our coaching team to deliver high-quality workouts and ensure a seamless member experience.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, using our established sales systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Previous sales experience, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with members, guests, and colleagues.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and internet navigation.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
- A passion for fitness and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
