About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Fitness Trainer to join our team at StretchLab. As a Personal Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, delivering high-quality stretching sessions, and contributing to the growth and success of our studio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized stretching sessions to clients, focusing on their specific needs and goals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our proprietary Flexologist TM training program.
  • Build and retain client relationships through exceptional customer service and sales outreach.
  • Ensure client safety by enforcing proper stretch techniques and adhering to our studio policies and safety rules.
  • Participate in staff meetings and educational presentations to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is available and functional for client use.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Physical Therapist, or Pilates/Yoga Instructor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping clients achieve their goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and client needs.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
