Position Overview:

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and nurturing environment for our residents. You will provide emotional and social support while addressing their physical needs and comfort. This role involves delivering direct care as outlined in the resident's care plan and following the guidance of your supervisor. Additional duties may be assigned as needed, adhering to all health, sanitation, and infection control protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Nursing Assistant in good standing as per state regulations
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum age of 18 (16 if currently enrolled in high school)
  • Proficient in English with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with supervisors and team members
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
  • Willingness to work scheduled hours as required
  • No direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace

Experience:

  • Prior experience in long-term care is preferred but not mandatory

Work Schedule & Compensation:

  • Full-Time and Part-Time positions available
  • Shifts vary based on operational needs
