Responsibilities
  • Adhere to opening and closing procedures, as well as food production protocols.
  • Prepare food and beverage items following recipe guidelines, utilizing proper preparation techniques and sanitation standards.
  • Set up and operate kitchen equipment effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and adequately stocked workstation and equipment.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to comprehend recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Capability to work in a fast-paced environment with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow procedures, take directions, and collaborate in a team setting.
  • Basic math skills to understand, calculate, and follow recipe measurements and proportions.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds or more.
  • Ability to move swiftly and manage multiple orders simultaneously.
  • Exposure to varying temperatures.
