Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the quality assurance and quality control teams to ensure that all products meet or exceed customer expectations and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Foster a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, MS) preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of driving quality improvements and operational excellence in a global environment.
Competencies:
  • Strategic thinking and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze complex quality data and implement effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive collaboration from all levels and foster a quality-focused culture.
