Recruiter Job Description

At NVR, we are seeking a skilled Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will play a vital role in identifying, evaluating, and onboarding top talent to drive our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sourcing: Utilize industry-leading tools to build a strong candidate pipeline and attract top talent.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct initial interviews and make recommendations to Hiring Managers to ensure the best fit for our company.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Partner with HR Business Partners and internal leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Applicant Tracking System Management: Ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate data throughout the recruitment process.
  • Candidate Support: Guide candidates through the offer, background, and onboarding processes prior to their first day.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of experience in recruiting.
  • Persuasive communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to project manage and prioritize in a high-volume recruitment environment.
  • Experience sourcing passive candidates.
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
