Job Description

At SunMed Group Holdings, LLC dba AirLife, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. As a Sales Specialist - Product Support, you will play a critical role in enabling our sales teams to succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support to Field Sales Representatives, including fact finding, information gathering, customer site visits, and customer sales calls.
  • Collaborate with marketing managers to develop and execute sales support strategies for assigned products.
  • Assist with trade shows, literature development, presentations, and publicity efforts.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain a comprehensive library of competitive product information.
  • Deliver sales training on assigned products, as required.
  • Participate in customer visits and contribute to the pursuit of new business opportunities and markets.
  • Coordinate orders with customer service and provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions and resolving account manager/customer queries.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to AirLife specifications.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of related professional experience preferred.
  • Recent college graduates with applicable experience are encouraged to apply.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Advertising, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.

Travel:

50-60% travel required, with job location in Grand Rapids, MI.
