Compensation Manager for HAVI

As Havi's Compensation Manager, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing Havi's compensation programs.

You will collaborate with HR, finance, and leadership teams to develop and maintain a compensation structure that supports organizational goals.

You will design and administer base salary structures, bonus plans, and other incentive programs.

Perform regular compensation analyses to ensure alignment with market trends and organizational goals.

Evaluate job descriptions and make recommendations for salary ranges based on job evaluations and market data.

Manage the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, promotions, and equity grants.

Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.

Develop and deliver compensation-related training for HR teams and managers.

Communicate compensation policies and programs clearly and effectively to employees.

Lead or participate in special projects related to compensation, including mergers and acquisitions, compensation restructuring, or system implementations.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation management or related HR roles, with a proven track record in compensation design and administration.

Proficiency in compensation management software and tools.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
