Responsibilities:- Provide direct nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the care team.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to ensure resident safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Current LPN/LVN license in the state of Idaho.
- Current CPR certification.
- Prior nursing experience in senior care preferred.
- A competitive hourly rate of $30-$38, depending on experience.
- A $3,000 sign-on bonus for new full-time LPNs.
