Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled LPN to join our Developmental Pediatrics team at St. Luke's Health System. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences and contributing to a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture.

Responsibilities
  • Triage referrals, including lab and rehab partners, to ensure efficient and effective care.
  • Prioritize and process prior authorizations, tracking progress and communicating with stakeholders as needed.
  • Collaborate with pharmacies and families to coordinate medication refills, ensuring seamless care transitions.
  • Assist with rooming patients for clinic visits with physicians and nurse practitioners, promoting a smooth and organized experience.
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure efficient healthcare operations and high-quality patient care.
Qualifications
  • Graduation from a Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
  • Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.
  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure in the State of Practice.
