About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Treatment Nurse LPN to join our team at Diversicare Healthcare Services & Diversicare Ther. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities
  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments to residents.
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including observing and recording their reactions to medications and treatments.
  • Ensure the proper handling and storage of medications and controlled substances.
  • Document all services provided and report any changes in a resident's condition to the supervisor and attending physician.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care and treatment.
  • Assist in planning, supervising, and instructing Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
Requirements
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the State Board of Nursing.
  • Ability to lead and motivate subordinates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes in the work schedule.
