A successful Construction Project Manager Lead is required to join Michael Page, a leading recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience with a general contractor and have worked on ground up industrial, multifamily, and/or commercial office space projects.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations while working closely with owners and internal/external project teams. You will plan and coordinate project activities in line with company policies and procedures, lead ground-up construction projects, create and review project schedules, partner with clients from preconstruction phase through closeout, direct support staff, and coordinate with field crews and superintendents to ensure project delivery.

We are looking for an experienced professional who can establish and foster relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors. Your ability to forecast and estimate costs and changes to costs for project completion will be essential in driving the success of our business.

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 - $130,000, plus a bonus program up to 30% of base, healthcare, dental, vision, PTO starting at 4 weeks, maternity/paternity leave, phone allowance, short-term/long-term disability, life insurance, car allowance ($600/month), 401-k match, paid sabbatical, ESOP program, company events, education reimbursement, and per diem (when travel is required).
