Job Description

  • Provide overall management direction and ensure the successful execution of multiple construction projects.
  • Establish clear communication and delegation among all project team members.
  • Manage financial aspects of projects, including estimating, bidding, cost tracking, and closeout.
  • Attend pre-bid/site review meetings and estimate construction budgets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management preferred).
  • 5-10+ years of experience in the construction industry, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with ground-up or build-out federal projects exceeding $20M.
