Job Overview:
This role requires a detail-oriented individual to engage in the manual assembly of small components utilizing hand tools, fixtures, and specialized equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for inspecting, weighing, packaging, and sorting defective medical devices as necessary.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional manual dexterity and hand/eye coordination.
- Ability to understand and adhere to written procedures while being open to constructive feedback.
- Capacity to work independently on assigned tasks at the required production rate.
- Adaptability to changing work environments and a willingness to learn new processes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assemble components from subassemblies (both on and off the production line).
- Conduct product sorting for defects as required.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality using various magnification tools.
- Complete necessary production records and work order documentation.
- Weigh, count, package, and label finished products.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
