Responsibilities:

Read and interpret thermometers, charts, and testing equipment
Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
Requirements:
2-3 years of clinical experience, with gerontological nursing experience preferred
Valid and current LPN/LVN state license
Ability to read, write, and speak English in an understandable manner
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and squat for prolonged periods
