Position Highlights:
• Physician-led, patient-centered, team-based, supportive primary care environment
• Lower Acuity Express Care and overflow visits for Primary Care patient panel at practice
• Moderate scheduling templates promoting Work and Life Balance
• Educate and empower your patients to take ownership of their health

• Multiple practice locations across Connecticut in Adult Medicine – Acute Care

• Seeking a Full-Time commitment of 4 days per week
• Not a walk-in clinic; scheduled express visits and primary care overflow
• Collaborate with other Primary Care Physicians at clinic
• Autonomy in practice and seeking experience as a clinician

Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Nursing (APRN or FNP) or Complete Physician Assistant program
• Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure in the state of Connecticut or ability to obtain prior to start
• Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
• Active, unrestricted CSR and DEA or ability to obtain prior to start
Connecticut Residents Only :
The salary range for this role is $109,513 to $147,146 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
