Job Description

Oracle is seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of network and data center capacity builds to support the growth of Oracle Cloud infrastructure. This is a high-impact role that will require effective engagement across Engineering and Operations to ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives on our strategic roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end programs from shaping the approach to achieving desired outcomes through delivery.
  • Influence, activate, and orchestrate across teams to build alignment and drive results.
  • Provide program and project management expertise to complex initiatives, understanding interdependencies between process, technology, and people needs.
  • Identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, and ensure that project goals are in line with customer and business objectives.
  • Seek opportunities to bring about ongoing improvement and simplification in processes leading to improved efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress and provide actionable insights.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
  • Experience with varying scenarios of data center construction, infrastructure builds, and network augmentations.
  • Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure (i.e., network, data center, hardware, mechanical, and electrical systems).
  • Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
  • Proven ability to create effective relationships, listen, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and across global teams.
  • Ability to inspire confidence in senior leaders and motivate team members.
  • Excellent communication skills, including high-quality written communications and the ability to articulate complex information in a simple way.
