- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5 years of experience in program management
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
- Experience in software development for large-scale or enterprise software solutions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong prioritization skills when handling multiple tasks/projects
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and deliver solutions in a dynamic environmentFor job positions in CA, CO, and NYC, the estimated salary range for a new hire in this position is $150,000.00 USD to $175,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, including knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition to a competitive base salary, we offer discretionary target cash bonuses, restricted stock units (subject to Board Approval), and a comprehensive benefits package including health, life, and disability insurance, unbounded paid time off including parental leave, and a 401(k).
