Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Trust and Safety Technical Program Manager to join our team at Apple. As a key member of our Trust and Safety team, you will be responsible for ensuring the trust and safety of Apple services through a combination of threat modeling, data-driven policy, and machine learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive all aspects of the software development process, including documenting requirements, scoping work, developing a plan, generating a schedule, crafting, implementing, and shipping software features.
  • Work cross-functionally across Apple to leverage the collective skills and intelligence of our people.
  • Discover and eliminate complexity and ambiguity in projects to ensure visibility and establish goals and expectations for services requested.

  • Understanding of big data and machine learning systems, tools, and technologies.

  • Strong technical proficiency, steadfast attention to detail, persistent follow-up, and demanding quality.
  • Consistent track record of running complex cross-functional software projects that support applications and services.
  • International product development experience.
  • Proficiency in applying project management and collaboration tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Hands-on experience building and delivering client software, web, and internet services.

Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
