Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations to ensure the highest level of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Front Desk Staff: Lead a team of front desk associates, including hiring, training, and performance management to ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process for guests.
  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, including check-in/check-out procedures, room assignments, and guest services to ensure compliance with company policies and brand standards.
  • Guest Service: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner to maintain a positive guest experience.
  • Financial Management: Maintain accurate records of room inventory, reservations, and financial transactions to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze guest feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Safety and Security: Implement and enforce safety and security procedures to protect guests and employees.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Previous experience in hotel front office operations, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Leadership and Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, FOSSE).
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
