We are looking for a Fire Service Manager to oversee our client-facing service division. This position entails guiding a team to ensure exceptional customer experiences, managing team performance, addressing client concerns, and meeting financial targets related to sales, inventory, and payroll.
Core Responsibilities:- Recruit, train, and evaluate the service team’s performance.
- Promote a safe and efficient workplace.
- Address client concerns and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee budgetary, sales, inventory, and payroll objectives.
- Provide direct support, including on-site visits to clients when necessary.
- Operate a company vehicle to perform service-related duties at client locations.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the fire service sector, demonstrating a consistent employment record.
- Licensure: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Experience: Background in management along with experience in industrial sales or customer service.
- Availability: Must be able to commence work within two weeks of accepting an offer.
- Relocation: Openness to relocating within the Northeast Region for future leadership opportunities.
