Job Summary

The Aquatic Safety Specialist in Franklin, WI, US is responsible for ensuring the safety of patrons in aquatic areas. This involves enforcing pool rules and regulations, responding to emergencies, and providing assistance to individuals in distress.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor pool patrons and take appropriate measures to protect their safety in cases of emergency.
  • Attend training and mandatory meetings to stay up-to-date on safety protocols.
  • Submit timely reports and record attendance information.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Participate in relevant trainings and meetings as scheduled.

Requirements:

  • 16 years of age or older.
  • American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
  • American Red Cross First Aid for the Professional Rescuer Certification.
  • American Red Cross Lifeguard Certification.
