Job Summary

WATERTRONICS LLC is seeking a highly skilled Material Handler to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient movement and storage of materials within our plant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Stock and stage materials for production, ensuring accurate inventory levels and timely delivery to production lines.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, to move materials safely and efficiently.
  • Count and record inventory levels, identifying and reporting any discrepancies or shortages.
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth material flow and minimize downtime.
  • Participate in process improvements and contribute to the development of new procedures and workflows.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Mathematical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately count and record inventory levels.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
