We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sr Bank Teller to join our team. As a key representative of our bank, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer experiences, responding to client inquiries, and providing expert advice on banking products and services. Responsibilities:

The Sr Bank Teller will be responsible for:

  • Delivering Exceptional Customer Service: Ensuring a high level of delivery in line with the Bank's Client Service Standards, responding to client inquiries, and resolving errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Banking Transactions: Processing deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other Bank Transactions within assigned limits, serving as the first line of defense from a risk management perspective.
  • Cash Management: Balancing and maintaining cash drawers in accordance with branch performance standards.
  • Customer Advocacy: Proactively responding to incoming calls, serving as a customer advocate, and researching and resolving errors and answering questions.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Developing and maintaining knowledge of and adhering to all regulatory, compliance, banking policies and procedures applicable to this position.
  • Account Maintenance: Performing account maintenance in accordance with established bank policies and procedures.
  • Reporting: Responsible for reviewing and verifying daily reports assigned by Branch Management (closing notes).
  • Account Opening: Opening consumer and business accounts in accordance with established bank policies and procedures.
  • Cross-Selling: Uncovering cross-sell opportunities internally and with partners through needs-based conversations.
  • Performance Metrics: Meeting assigned goals as assigned by branch management, creating basic leads lists for other internal partners, and performing other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Cash Handling Experience: Prior cash handling experience is required.
  • Banking Experience: 6+ months of banking experience, including Bank Teller and Customer Service, is preferred.
  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is a plus.


Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary, ranging from $16.51/hr to $24.76/hr, based on experience and performance. Additionally, you may be eligible for a business line incentive, ranging from 0%-20% of the base salary offered, in addition to medical and other benefits.
