GXO Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Associate Auditor, Internal Audit to join our team. As a key member of our internal audit team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effectiveness of our internal controls and risk management processes.
Key Responsibilities- Perform internal audits and special projects to provide independent, objective assurance and consulting services to promote an effective control environment.
- Collaborate with the global audit team to identify and assess risk areas to be reviewed.
- Assist with SOX testing globally.
- Document audit work in accordance with department, company, and Institute of Internal Auditors Standards to support audit findings and recommendations.
- Monitor audit findings, provide remediation recommendations, and manage follow-up of Management's actions plans.
- Apply critical thinking skills while developing audit programs and performing audit procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or equivalent related work or military experience.
- Strong fluency of Windows applications and Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of SEC rules and regulations.
- 1-3 years of experience as an external or internal auditor.
- A proactive and high-energy work style with a strong work ethic.
- Experience in conducting audit projects as well as SOX testing.
- Prior experience working with Big4.
