Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care through education, standards of practice, and collaboration with other healthcare providers.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional growth to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Associate degree in Nursing required.
- One year of telemetry experience preferred.
- A valid Permanent Multi-State RN License from the state in which you reside is required.
- American Heart Association ACLS certification required within orientation period for ICU/CCU, SICU, and CVICU.
