Job Title: Onsite Deployment Specialist

Job Summary:
Insight Global is seeking an Onsite Deployment Specialist to join their team in Connecticut. The ideal candidate will have experience with deployment projects, high attention to detail, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deploy and configure new PCs
• Troubleshoot issues with PC setup
• Work with employees and consultants to ensure access to new devices
• Assist the help desk with answering phones and assigning tickets as needed

Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience within IT
• Previous experience deploying, imaging, and configuring new PCs
• Ability to follow step-by-step instructions for PC deployment
• Experience troubleshooting issues around new PC configuration and setup
