We are a dedicated organization committed to empowering Deaf adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live fulfilling lives.

Position: Direct Support Professional

As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients. You will work closely with individuals, assisting them with their daily activities and helping them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 support, occasionally up to 1:4, to Deaf adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
  • Assist with evening routines, personal care, meal preparation, and medication administration.
  • Accompany clients to appointments, activities, and job sites.
  • Implement the Person-Centered Plan (PCP) outlined in meetings.
  • Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL).
