Community Support Services for the Deaf, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing support and assistance to Deaf and/or Deaf-Blind Adults with Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

* Provide hands-on assistance with personal care, cleaning, cooking, laundry, and medication administration
* Monitor clients overnight and perform additional cleaning duties as assigned
* Assist with daily activities and provide emotional support
* Collaborate with clients to develop and implement individualized plans

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid MD driver's license with 2 points or less
* Fluency in American Sign Language (ASL)

Work Schedule:

* Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm
* Saturday and/or Sunday shifts: 9am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 9am-11pm
