  • Sell and renew service agreements, expanding our customer base.
  • Maintain a closing ratio of 70% or higher on leads generated and 50% or higher on marketed leads.
  • Be readily accessible for customer inquiries.
  • Exhibit technical knowledge and maintain credibility with clients.
  • Provide tailored solutions that align with customer needs and highlight our competitive advantages.
  • Influence service strategies positively with homeowners.
  • Effectively draft and present proposals for residential service agreements.
  • Negotiate terms and address any objections to finalize sales.
  • Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED is required.
  • An associate degree in a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in in-home sales is required.
  • Experience in the HVAC industry with knowledge of best practices is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience in estimating and selling service agreements is advantageous.
  • Strong skills in needs-based sales and relationship building are preferred.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills are essential.
  • A disciplined approach with a strong customer focus and a commitment to excellence is required.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are mandatory.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening is required.
