Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QS Specialist, Calibration and PM Coordinator to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the calibration and maintenance of our medical devices meet the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance to asset owners on calibration and preventative maintenance requirements
  • Ensure all assets are recorded and maintained in the Blue Mountain Regulatory Asset Manager (BMRAM) database
  • Approve calibration and PM extensions and out-of-tolerance issues
  • Ensure calibration and PM systems comply with corporate, BU, and applicable regulations
  • Maintain calibration and PM files and ensure compliance with record retention requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • 2 years relevant industry experience
  • Working knowledge of US and International regulations and standards that apply to the medical device industry (FDA QSR, ISO13485, EU MDD/MDR)
  • Experience with SAP
