  9. Engage directly with senior client management, including risk and financial managers, ensuring professional interaction.

  11. Oversee project management tasks, including site visits, plan evaluations, and client presentations.
  12. Effectively manage assigned tasks within the project database.

Essential Qualifications:

  1. Respond to client communications and internal inquiries promptly.
  2. Conduct field assessments, report generation, consulting, and plan evaluations.
  3. Review and adjust workloads as necessary.
  4. Physical capabilities to climb ladders, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate various terrains.
  5. A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  6. Possession of or progress towards certifications such as Professional Engineer License (PE) or Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) is preferred.
  7. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of consulting experience is essential.
  8. Ability to draw informed conclusions based on collected data and applicable standards.
  9. Skill in compiling and conveying information clearly in reports, letters, and emails.
  10. Proven ability to manage personal workload effectively.
  11. Recognized expertise in technical matters.
