Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our branch team and drive business growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to our company's success.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and objectives.
  • Foster strong relationships with existing customers and identify new sales opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sourcing and inventory management, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans and achieve business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance, customer interactions, and team progress.

  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the industry and market trends, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and open communication.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Proficiency in using technology, such as CRM systems and productivity tools, to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.

What We Offer:
