Job Description

The Business Services Coordinator II is responsible for providing administrative support and guidance to employees across various functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily direction and communication to employees to ensure functional duties are performed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate and lead special projects to drive business results.
  • Offer guidance and support to employees to tackle problems, answer questions, and research issues within the administrative function.
  • Recommend methods to improve operational processes, efficiency, and service to internal and external customers.
  • Support the onboarding of new hires to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent experience.
  • MS Office Experience with proficiency in Excel required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and excellent customer service skills required.
  • Ability to develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others.
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task, with strong interpersonal skills are required.
