Primary Care Clinical Lead

We are looking for an experienced Primary Care Clinical Lead to join our team at Oak Street Health. The successful candidate will have a strong background in clinical leadership, with a proven track record of coaching providers to deliver high-quality care.
As a Clinical Director, you will work closely with the Practice Manager and Outreach Manager to achieve organizational objectives, including Best Care Anywhere, Unmatched Patient Experience, Exceptional Growth, and Great Place to Work. You will drive the implementation of strategic initiatives, support provider management, and foster a culture of growth and development.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting Organizational Strategy: Collaborate with regional leaders to implement strategic priorities and reach regional objectives.
- Provider Management: Coordinate onboarding, model excellent medical care, and ensure consistent implementation of our care model.
- Culture: Foster a culture of growth, address concerns, and celebrate successes.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to problem-solve and adapt to change. Please note that this position requires a M.D., D.O., or A.P.N/P.A. degree with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Prior experience in outpatient practice and fellowship training in Geriatrics are preferred. We offer a competitive salary range of $275,000-$282,200, paid vacation, sick time, investment/retirement 401K match options, health insurance, vision, and dental benefits.
