Primary Care Physician Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Primary Care Physician to join our team at One Medical in New York, NY. As a Primary Care Physician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and development of our practice.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and urgent care. Our state-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology enable us to provide personalized care to each patient.
Your Role- Manage a panel of patients with diverse needs, providing acute, chronic, and preventive care.
- Treat patients in-office or in testing centers, as well as conduct telehealth visits.
- Participate in continuous learning opportunities, including weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Enrolled in or completed an accredited Internal or Family Medicine residency program.
- Practiced for at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary care setting.
- Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine, or Board Eligible with plans to obtain board certification within 1 year.
- State licensed in New York, obtained before starting at One Medical.
The estimated salary for this role is $252,000 - $268,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule and location. Additional compensation may be determined for candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
This is a full-time position based in New York, NY, and we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including malpractice insurance, UpToDate subscription, and Continuing Medical Education (CME) stipend.
