Clinical Social Worker: Community Health Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Brookside Community Health Center. As a Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for providing psychosocial assessment, diagnosis, evaluation, crisis intervention, and treatment for a diverse caseload of patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans for patients and families.
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions as well as group therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Develop and implement behavioral change and educational programs for patients.
- Provide consultation and staff support to other healthcare staff.
- Master of Social Work degree from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensure.
- Native or near-native fluency in Spanish.
