Key Responsibilities:
- Train staff and optimize daily processes to achieve superior productivity metrics.
- Ensure world-class customer satisfaction indices.
- Promote high levels of employee morale and satisfaction.
- Oversee work distribution and manage shop workflow efficiently.
- Guarantee high-quality service repairs while minimizing rework.
- Utilize and maintain reporting systems as required by the service manager and manufacturer.
- Stay informed about and comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations impacting repair operations.
- Ensure adherence to manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
- Address customer complaints promptly and in accordance with dealership guidelines.
- Administer warranty claims, review policy adjustments, and ensure accurate processing of claims.
- Act as a liaison with factory representatives.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Two to four years of relevant experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record.
- Successful completion of background and drug screening.
- Reliable means of transportation.
