Job Description:

Position Overview

As a Parts Supervisor, you play a crucial role in our operations, ensuring that our facilities can provide safe and high-quality repairs. This position involves overseeing the procurement, verification, and distribution of automotive parts across our repair centers. We seek individuals who can cultivate strong partnerships with suppliers to guarantee prompt delivery and maintain precise inventory records for the parts department. This role offers a pathway to understand our business processes and advance your career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and source parts necessary for vehicle repairs in the workshop
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to facilitate parts ordering
  • Receive and inspect parts for quality assurance and accuracy
  • Ensure timely distribution of parts to the workshop according to the production schedule
  • Maintain accurate records for purchased and returned parts
  • Organize and maintain the parts area to optimize production efficiency
  • Participate in daily production meetings with the team
  • Complete all required company and safety training
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Position Qualifications
  • 1-3+ years of experience in automotive parts management, experience with collision repair parts is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop effective solutions
  • Proficient in using multiple computer systems simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative team player focused on achieving shared objectives
