Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels of parts for all vehicles on site and scheduled for future use.
  • Return or exchange defective, damaged, or unnecessary parts, and complete necessary documentation.
  • Coordinate with management to ensure timely delivery of parts and maintain efficient delivery cycle times.
  • Contribute to a positive and healthy work environment by working effectively with colleagues and understanding the importance of the parts department in a collision repair shop.
  • Manage inventory of materials, including hardware, sandpaper, tape, and other supplies, ensuring they are ordered and received through the parts department.
  • Document all files and notes related to phone calls, jobs, and relevant information for the team.
  • Assist with various tasks as instructed by the shop manager, including taking cars to sublet vendors, picking up or dropping off customers, and cleaning the shop.
Qualifications:
  • Management experience is a plus.
  • Mandatory product knowledge, customer service skills, and organizational skills are required.
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
Compensation:

$18 - $23 hourly
