Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Refinish Technician to join our team. As a key member of our paint shop, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting, ensuring high-quality finishes, and adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform limited preparation work on damaged vehicles, including taping, papering, cleaning, and removing/reinstalling parts.
  • Refinish exterior panels and new parts in accordance with auction and professional standards.
  • Clean all equipment used after every job.
  • Work under direct supervision to provide limited vehicle preparation for painting.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
  • Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools.
  • Visual acuity requirements include color, depth perception, and field of vision comparable to definitions for Clerical, Administrative, Machine Operators positions.
