Job Summary:
CivicMinds, Inc is seeking a skilled Clinical RN to join our team. As a Clinical RN, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, including assessments, triage, and clinical management. You will also assist clinicians during examinations and supervise clinical nursing services.
Responsibilities:
- Perform patient assessments and triage to determine the level of care required.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments.
- Assist clinicians during examinations and procedures.
- Supervise clinical nursing services, including laboratory functions and clinical supervision of medical assistants.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure smooth patient flow and effective care delivery.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a valid, current CA Registered Nurse license.
- Experience with electronic medical records required.
- Knowledge of direct outpatient care and prior experience in a clinic setting preferred.
- Knowledge of common safety hazards and precautions sufficient to establish a safe work environment.
