Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Position

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support the communication and language development of students in a school-based setting in San Leandro. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and professionals to create an inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address student needs
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to students, including speech and language therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers to integrate speech and language goals into the curriculum
  • Participate in referral processes and conduct screenings as needed
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and treatment plans

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • California Speech-Language Pathology License
  • Passion for working with children and commitment to providing high-quality services
