Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near San Leandro, CA. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language services to students with varying levels of need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support students' communication goals.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine the most effective interventions.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to assess and address the speech and language needs of students.
  • Provide speech and language services for a caseload of approximately 46 students.
  • Adapt caseload based on class sizes, serving students from moderate to severe levels.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California.
  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with a diverse caseload in a school setting is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
