About the Role:
  • Manage Front and Back of House Operations: Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless execution of menus, services, and policies while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Lead and Develop Team Members: Foster a positive and productive work environment by recruiting, training, and coaching staff to achieve their full potential and drive business growth.
  • Labor and Cost Management: Monitor labor costs, optimize staffing levels, and make data-driven decisions to maintain profitability.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Drive guest satisfaction through attentive service, menu knowledge, and effective communication, resulting in increased repeat business and positive reviews.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with our leadership team to develop and execute business strategies, implement new initiatives, and stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 2+ years of management or supervisory experience in hospitality, preferably in casual dining or full-service restaurants.
  • ServSafe and Local Certifications: Possess or be willing to obtain necessary certifications, including local bartending licenses.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, guests, and vendors.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
