Job Description

The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and practices, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.

  • Process and verify incoming payments to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely posting of receipts.
  • Reconcile discrepancies promptly and address clients' billing inquiries with a high level of professionalism.
  • Generate comprehensive financial statements and reports to provide detailed updates on accounts receivable status, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve outstanding issues and foster a positive working relationship.
  • Monitor customer accounts for non-payments, delayed payments, or other irregularities, taking prompt action to resolve any discrepancies.
  • Investigate and resolve complex discrepancies or inquiries related to accounts receivable, utilizing analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and perform account reconciliations as needed, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, exceeding expectations through proactive communication and issue resolution.

Skill Requirements:

  • A strong understanding of accounting principles, financial practices, and relevant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Effective prioritization and task management skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Detailed-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, with the ability to generate accurate financial reports and statements.

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
