Key Responsibilities- Execute Sales Efforts: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Build Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, including regular communication and dispensary visits.
- Market Analysis: Monitor customer and competitor trends, and provide periodic market analysis to inform sales strategies.
- Event Planning: Schedule, coordinate, and execute events to promote our brand and educate partners and patients on our products.
- Database Management: Maintain and update a database of contacts for each wholesale partner.
- Sales Contracting: Source and monitor new business opportunities, and assist with sales contracts.
- Product Launches: Create excitement and coordinate the launch of new wholesale products.
- Customer Fulfillment: Solicit wholesale orders and assist in the customer-facing fulfillment process.
- Strong Sales Track Record: A proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong understanding of the cannabis industry.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree and/or at least 4 years' experience in B2B wholesale sales.
- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to recognize and respond to changing trends and priorities.
- Time Management: Ability to coordinate multiple projects, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
- Professional Standards: Always demonstrates high ethical and professional standards, with honesty and integrity.
