We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team, providing expert care to patients in their own homes based on the Medicare Part B Outpatient Model.
**Responsibilities**
- Must be a Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia
- At least one year of relevant experience as a Physical Therapist, with community/home health experience preferred
- Commit to a minimum of 5 cases (10 hours a week)
- Comply with accepted professional standards and practice
- Possess and maintain current Liability Insurance
