Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized care plans for clients
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Educate clients and their families on therapy services and activities necessary for independent living
  • Accurately document client care management and services provided
Qualifications:
  • Current VA Physical Therapist license
  • Outpatient experience preferred but not required
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Dynamic and strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
